The complex and articulated process of creating Caffè Kenon Coffee blends...

Raw Materials

Once the carefully selected raw materials have been purchased they are analyzed by authorized laboratories. Once approved the batches of coffee are stocked in Caffè Kenon warehouses where the roasting process takes place.

After Roasting

Once the roasting is completed, the coffee beans are sent to an air-cooling tank to quickly reduce the temperature by an airflow. After this step, the coffee is sent to modern machines to start the next stages of processing.

The End of Aging

After aging, which varies depending on the type of coffee blend, the product is packaged so that it is ensured a longer shelf life. The packaging enhances its taste, aroma, and fragrance.

Quality Control
At all stages of this process, from the start of the roasting to packaging, the coffee is subjected to strict quality controls.
